Minister of State for Natural Resources, Fergus O’ Dowd TD, recently visited key BioEnergy sites in County Tipperary.

Minister of State for Natural Resources, Fergus O'Dowd recently visited key BioEnergy sites in County Tipperary, one site being Thurles Leisure Centre. Enerpower supplied, installed and commissioned their biomass boiler. We also supply Thurles Leisure Centre with woodchip and provide servicing when required. The Minister chose to visit Tipperary as the county currently spends €1.1M on local biomass at major sites. It previously would have spent €2.4M on imported oil to heat such sites. Great for the local economy and their pockets.
