We are now looking to expand our team and are currently recruiting for the position of Receptionist and Administration Support.
Title: Receptionist and Administration Support
Reporting to: Business Support Manager
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Answering telephone, distributing calls and taking messages
- Provide basic and accurate information via phone/email, update CRM system
- Ensure office area, board room and kitchen areas are tidy and presentable.
- Arrange catering for meetings and company events as required
- Maintain office equipment and place office supply orders as required
- Book travel, meeting & hotels rooms for staff and visitors
- Handling all incoming and outgoing deliveries e.g. couriers
- Health and Safety awareness and fire safety responsibilities
- Sort and distribute inbound post
- Assisting with social events throughout the year
- General administrative support and any other duties to support the business support function within the company
Experience & Qualifications
- Excellent phone manner, communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills, efficient in MS Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook
- Excellent organisation and administration skills with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain the high standards of the reception
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Minimum leaving cert qualification, Relevant qualification in Office Administration is a plus.
- 2 years plus experience in an administration/receptionist role
- An extremely professional manner and well presented at all times
- Excellent organizational abilities, able to prioritise workloads and work effectively and own initiative to deadlines in a fast paced environment
