Electrical Wholesaler Meteor Electrical, have decided to benefit from savings under the RHI, through the installation of three biomass boilers.
Two 99KW GILLES HPK-RA combined woodchip and pellet boilers were installed in the main wholesale warehouse, while one 49KW GILLES HPK-RA pellet boiler was installed in the workshop. These Gilles Boilers, supplied and fitted by Enerpower will provide all the heat and hot water requirements for the warehouses, offices and workshop.
The warehouse boilers operate in separate heating systems while the fuel transport system is combined. This combined heating system represents a substantial saving in the investment. These Gilles biomass boilers are over 90% efficient in the combustion of biomass.
